Ekhtarni is a platform Affiliated to the National Unity Assembly (licensed political society)that connects candidates, companies, and mentors in the Kingdom of Bahrain. As part of its services, Ekhtarni collects and processes personal information from its users. To ensure transparency and protect user privacy, Ekhtarni has developed terms and conditions and a privacy policy that describes how it collects, uses, and protects user information.
By using Ekhtarni, users agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
● The registration of candidates and companies on the Ekhtarni platform is restricted to the Kingdom of Bahrain only. Candidates must be citizens of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and companies must be registered under the MOIC in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any misleading information provided during registration could be treated as a violation of Ekhtarni rules.
● User Accounts: In order to use Ekhtarni, users must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activities that occur under their account.
● User Information: Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or post on Ekhtarni. By posting content, users grant Ekhtarni a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
● Job Listings: Companies must provide accurate and complete information about job openings, including job title, job description, and qualifications. Companies are solely responsible for the accuracy of their job listings.
● Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any conduct that violates Ekhtarni rules, including posting false or misleading information, harassing or threatening other users, or engaging in any illegal activity.
● Limitation of Liability: Ekhtarni is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use its services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any other damages arising from the use of Ekhtarni.
● Nature and objective of Ekhtarni: is a mediating platform that connects job seekers, and employers and helps them with recruitment. Further, it provides volunteer mentors to guide and advise job seekers on finding appropriate jobs. Hence, Ekhtarni is not responsible for and/or cannot guarantee finding an appropriate job for the seeker.
● Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain where Ekhtarni is based.
